Misson
To design an intuitive and secure medical patient enrollment platform that simplifies the registration process, empowers patients to manage their health information, and fosters efficient communication between patients and medical staff. Through thoughtful UX and UI design, this project aims to improve patient care, reduce administrative burden, and ensure a seamless, patient-centered experience.
Contributions
The focus was on creating a platform that is both efficient and accessible. We began by collaborating with the UX researcher to identify the main paint points and areas of concern. We designed intuitive registration flows that make it easy for patients to input and manage their medical information, ensuring the process is simple, quick, and secure.
We also designed a two-way messaging portal that allows seamless communication between patients and medical staff. This feature enables real-time messaging, appointment reminders, and follow-up care instructions, improving patient engagement and care coordination. On the UI side, We developed a clean, professional design that ensures clarity and ease of use, with a focus on accessibility and HIPAA compliance. My work provided a robust, user-centered prototype aimed at improving the efficiency and experience of both patients and healthcare providers.

Interactive Prototyping
Our primary focus was to build a prototype for a comprehensive usability study to identify pain points and areas of improvement within the existing interface. Through meticulous analysis, we aimed to understand user workflows, challenges, and preferences to inform our prototyping process.
Streamlining navigation within the platform was imperative. We prioritized creating a UI that facilitates effortless movement, ensuring that users can access critical information and functionalities with minimal clicks.
In the spirit of inclusivity, the design choices were guided by the principles of accessibility. We sought to make the platform user-friendly for individuals with diverse needs, ensuring that the interface accommodates users with varying levels of technological proficiency.
